1) Reservations
Every booking implies the acceptance of the internal rules.
Options made by phone or email are valid for 10 days. The reservation will be taken definitely only after reception of a deposit of 35% of the total price of the stay (pitches and lodges). In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded (see cancellation conditions).
The pitch number or lodge number will only be given as an indication and does not constitute a guarantee.
The reservation is nominative. A confirmation is sent to you by email or by post.
The access will be refused to any arrival that is fundamentally different to the signed contract.
The reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit paid will be kept. The presence of at least an adult person is required per pitch. Minors must be accompanied by a legal representative.
2) Payment
Concerning the payment of the pitches and lodges, the balance must be paid on the day of arrival. For arrivals without reservation, the total amount of the stay must be paid on arrival.
The payment of your stay can be made by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard) and by cash in Euros (limited to 300€) and by check.
3) Arrival and departure
You need to free the PITCHES before 12:00 am. After 12pm, an extra day will be charged.
LODGES: Departures and the inventory of fixtures are done from 9.30 to 11.00 a.m. in July and August, the other months at 10am. After 11.00 a supplement of 50€ will be charged. People who would like to leave the day before the planned departure must then leave before 7pm. No departure can take place outside of these hours and without the presence of the person in charge of the rental.
4) LODGES (furnished tent for a maximum of 5 people)
A deposit of 200€ will be required upon arrival (check or credit card) and will be returned the day of departure after verification during the check-out.
The customer will make the inventory and the CHECK-IN of the lodges at his arrival and will give it to the reception dated and signed by him at the latest 24 hours after. Any problem must be immediately reported to the reception upon taking possession of the rental for a quick intervention. Otherwise, no further claims will be accepted. Deposits will be returned on departure, after deduction of the cost of restoring the lodges and the value of any missing or damaged equipment. However, if contentious remains, the above-mentioned sums will be cashed in full by the campsite, pending payment of the bill corresponding to the damage caused. 50€ will be retained on the caution if the lodges has not been cleaned on the day of departure. At the time of the inventory, the dishes will have to be put on the table by the customer for verification and any missing or damaged object will be paid (see inventory).
The organisation of parties or festive evenings is forbidden in the lodge and on the campsite. In the event of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to withdraw the deposit in its entirety (200€).
5) Delays
In case of delay, in the occupation of your pitch or your lodge it will be retained for a period of 24 hours. After this period and without a written request from you the reservation will be cancelled without any cash-back from the campsite (even with the cancellation insurance). The direction keeps the right to re-rent the pitch.
6) Cancellation and modification of a reservation
Modification: The dates of a reservation can be changed without charge, only during the current season and subject to availability. An additional fee may be charged.
Cancellation: No refund will be made in case of delay, withdrawal or early departure. All cancellations must be made and transmitted in writing (email). Vocal messages on the phone won’t be taken into account. Payments already made cannot be refunded. In order to claim compensation, you must take out cancellation insurance.
Any cancellation concerning a furnished tent (DUO lodge or Kenya lodge) will be treated as follows
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date or no show: 100% of the price of the stay is due
Cancellation insurance: The cancellation insurance "Campez couvert" is optional (12€/week for the pitches and 2,65€/day for the lodges). It covers you against the consequences of the cancellation or interruption of your stay and allows you to be reimbursed (except for administration fees) in the event of serious illness, hospitalisation, death, theft or dismissal (see cancellation insurance reimbursement clauses). Proof will be required. It must be taken out at the time of booking. You are free to take out any other cancellation insurance. Please note that some credit cards also cover you in the event of cancellation (check with your bank).
Claims should be made directly to the company offering the cancellation insurance.
